Tribute to Chuck

Hell-o,

And yet another illo uploading, this time a tribute drawing to Chuck Schuldiner´s Death  by his early masterpieces, " Scream bloody gore", and "Leprosy". As you can see I highly got inspired by those albums covers, creating that illo for a tribute party, which sadly never saw the light of the night though....

Anyway, here it goes my humble homage to both geniuses; the talented illustrator Ed Repka, and the myth, Chuck schuldiner, creator of Death Metal music style and brilliant musician.. May you legacy  live forever!!

Spiders

Hells,

It´s time to feature another old illustration related to horror// sci fi, entitled "spiders" ( due to the slaying  arachnid like aliens depicted on it),  Once again,  created under one of my bus trips, back when I used to attend my graphic design classes. The final rendering got something blurred, but all in all I stil got positive feedback from this (like how to ruin a piece by adding too much detail haha).

So, the advice for today would be something like; "Never trust an arachnid like alien couple, wishing to feed their batch...:-P "

Brutal as Hell fest logo

Hell-o out there,

This is a logo sketch I did back in time for my mate and diehard Dani from both Bloody zine// bloody productions, for his UG devoted festival. Although the logo wasn´t used, I still like the rotten retile like shape and scaled texture a lot.It totally reeks of Lovercraftian passion, isn´t it?;-)

Rojo Omega shirt design

Hi again,


Thanx to Myspace had the chance to work with  this unserious band, who, despite, of   previously giving green light to my shirt design sketch, they decided to decline our mutual collaboration. These kind of behaviours are nothing new in the bizz, sadly, but at least I was able to get some up front cash before that....

Anyway, the design is here for you to see and comment. let me see your views on it.


Think that red colours fit very well to the band logo, right??

Eviscerated (Swe) logo

This is one of my best logo works for what  I get from people ( even Mark Riddick said it was awesome, and so did Matt Putrid !!).
It was intended for a now defunct Swedeath death metal horde, but , despite the eerie feeling and col texture lettering and details, it was rejected.

Anyway, i´m still VERY proud of it as you can read :-), and hope to get a logo as good as this in a near future.

Pictorical blasphemy

Hell there,


Almost a month or so without updates, but who´s counting , right?:-)

Time to unburied another piece, created under my inspirational bus trips. It´s really amazing how  my feelings can  inspire me so much in a theoretically so few comfortable place for an artist...

Anyway, here you have an illo I decided to call  "Pictorical blasphemy", on which  I drew  a horror creature made of  many terror topics, such as reptile monsters, skulls, bats, and such....
